Lighthouse Room
Modern, waterfront indoor-outdoor event space featuring a full-service bar, attached small lounge, and private outdoor patio. Oversized glass accordion doors bringing light ocean breezes and sweeping harbor views, and the outside patio area offers blue Adirondack chairs surrounding a firepit overlooking the marina and harbor. Design features cool white tones, accented with grays and blues, and beautiful gray herringbone wood look flooring. A feature candle wall on a sparkling antique mirror backdrop in the entryway, lighting fixtures, accent wood walls, wallpaper with natural grass cloth texture and color, and accent mirrors complete the ambiance of this lovely space. The Lighthouse can accommodate up to 180 guests for a banquet and 250 for a reception.

One-of-a-kind outdoor, waterfront private lawn area with bay views and beautiful greenery, this space is re-imagined and a perfect location for al fresco weddings, social events and any special occasion that calls for a unique venue. Graceful café lights canopy the lawn area for a stunning evening venue overlooking the marina, yachts and gorgeous harbor and Lido Island in the distance. The Bayfront Lawn can accommodate up to 280 guests for a ceremony, 120 guests for dinner and dancing, or 150 guests in a cocktail setup.

Governor's Boardroom
For that meeting that requires something a bit more out-of-the-ordinary, this elegant second floor private boardroom features a 12-seat permanent mahogany table and executive style seating and views of the Newport Harbor, marina and a steady stream of sailboats, yachts, and motorboats. The room can also accommodate up to 12 people for a private breakfast, lunch or dinner with a small balcony and staircase to the first level.

The Grand Ballroom
The crown jewel of our event space, the 6,867 square foot Grand Ballroom offers an impressive 18-foot ceiling and divides into 3 sections. Complete with its own separate entrance, this elegant ballroom is easily accessible for guests as well as convenient loading and unloading of equipment. The Ballroom features crystal draped chandeliers, beautiful wood trim and neutral colors of blues and sand to complement our waterfront location. Multiple entry ways open to a 1908 square foot event space with paned glass windows overlooking the outdoor Ballroom Terrace for additional options to host breaks or events on a terraced patio. This stunning ballroom can accommodate up to 500 people for a banquet, 1000 people for a reception and 360 people for a classroom style meeting.
