Spa Guidelines
Arrival Time
We suggest you arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy the facilities. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. To accommodate all our guests as scheduled, late spa arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time.
Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notice to change or cancel spa appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. No shows will result in a full service charge.
Personal Preference
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please inquire if the treatment you have chosen is suitable for you.
Comfort And Privacy
We invite you to relax and renew – please speak softly and be aware of other guests seeking solitude. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be off while visiting inside the spa and locker area.
Younger Guests
Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted inside the locker rooms and must be 16 years of age to receive a spa service.
