Rooted in the rich history of Newport Beach and Balboa Island, the renovation draws inspiration from the glamour of the 1930s and 1940s, when the area became a coastal retreat for the stars of Hollywood’s Golden Age. Subtle nods to that era are woven throughout the design, balanced with contemporary lines, innovative technology, and a laid back California ease.
Warm woods, bronze accents, and a palette of coastal neutrals accented by pops of color reflect the surrounding harbor and salt air patina—creating spaces that feel both nostalgic and fresh.
