Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to noon of the the arrival date to avoid the late cancellation penalty charge of one nights room and tax. Holiday and Boat Parade reservations have a seven day cancellation policy (packages, promos, group blocks, and advanced purchases are subject to specific terms).
