Known for his ingredient-driven, seasonal approach to cuisine and collaborative leadership style, Chef Bernal emphasizes local sourcing and refined, coastal-inspired dishes. He is leading all culinary operations across dining venues at Balboa Bay Resort & Club, including A+O Restaurant | Bar, Blend Café, Members Grill, catered events, private dining, and more. Chef Bernal is debuting new seasonal menus at Balboa Bay Resort, reflecting his creative interpretation of classic West Coast fare that’s vibrant and healthy.
